We were so lucky to have Betty as our neighbour. From the moment we moved in, she was welcoming and kind. It was always so lovely to look out and see our two boys chatting happily away with her when they saw her in the garden from the time they were toddlers and even as teenagers. We will miss you Betty.

Rest in peace Betty, you always found time for anyone who passed by especially when they had a dog in tow, you will be surly missed

Goodbye Betty! We will always miss you, your friendly smile and the lovely chats. Our children loved stopping to talk with you and greatly miss you now (as we do).

I have been lucky to have known Betty for quite a long time, and we’ve had some great memories together, being her next door neighbour, I’m so happy to have always been there when she needed me, it’s a really great loss, I take comfort in knowing that she new she wasn’t alone and that there were so many people around her that loved her, I will miss her not being there.

Betty was a loving and kind person who was like a Nan to us. Nothing was ever to much trouble , she was always there for us come rain or shine. She was a talented lady and never stopped doing the things she enjoyed. We will miss her and her life stories very much. Rest in peace with Frank Betty, we love you.

I am blessed to have had Betty as my god mother and so grateful that she took her role above and beyond expectations. Betty was a huge part of my life and became a treasured part of my family. She will be greatly missed, but will always hold a special place in my heart. Love you always X
